Arrow/Anteriori Racing Pipes - Buffalorider_imp - 03-05-2014 I saw these on ebay after looking at their slip-ons. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/71485MI-GROUP-MANIFOLDS-ANTERIORI-RACING-INOX-ARROW-HONDA-CB-1100-13-/310789998917?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item485c870945 I have heard the sound clips on youtube and heard a muffler on a Kaw crotch rocket it is pretty much what I want as for sound. While I am not really set on changing the headers for appearance reasons the thought of loosing the cat and it's weight & restriction appeals to me. Any word on how their products stack up? RE: Arrow/Anteriori Racing Pipes - lola_imp - 03-06-2014 Thats a Great price for an Arrow manifold compared to what the japanese companies are offering. In my opinion arrows are one of the top of the line exhaust makers for any type of motorcycles, and they cover all types. I have a arrow full race manifold on another bike and the quality is up there and fit and finish is spot on, totally worth the coin. goodluck! RE: Arrow/Anteriori Racing Pipes - Buffalorider_imp - 03-06-2014 Thanks. I am thinking about their header pipes w/ the Arrow slip on since the pipe gets rid of the cat and has the O2 sensor fitting. RE: Arrow/Anteriori Racing Pipes - davidsargee_imp - 03-06-2014 Looks like a very nice deal, I wonder if the headers are double walled? They are stainless steel, so they might brown like the stock pipes unless they are double walled. Thats a very good price as i have ordered a set of these pipes and we are a dealer here for them and i cant get them for that. Will have to see the rep about that , and yes the quality of arrow products is top notch. RE: Arrow/Anteriori Racing Pipes - Buffalorider_imp - 03-06-2014 The brown/bronze color of the stainless does not bother me really. I dislike the hours of trying to polish it away a lot more. The fact that they are a well made set up is more important to me. The slip on looks good and fits the style of the CB better than the boy-racer style canisters. RE: Arrow/Anteriori Racing Pipes - davidsargee_imp - 03-07-2014 Definitely looks good, rmack said they are of high quality. I just mentioned the browning because it would be a bummer if one was changing exhausts because of it, and the new exhausts brown as well. Go for it, let us know how it works out if that is what you end up doing. |
