Holy crap, truth! That place is crazy. Reading "old" threads (e.g. two or three months old) about a bike you might be interested in (2014 BMW R1200GS Adventure) takes a LONG time (54 pages).

Of all the bikes I've owned, this one is the worst as far as effort required to get it onto the centerstand. Of course, a big, husky dude of 200 pounds won't have as much trouble, but it's just plain located in an area that is not advantageous in terms of leverage.
I solved the problem by just removing my centerstand and using a race stand. Bike is several pounds lighter and it cleans up the lines.

The CB is one of the easiest bikes to put on the center stand in my opinion. The easiest ever were early BMW's that roll up on the stand with very little effort. Anyone, regardless of strength, that has trouble putting the CB up on the stand is not doing it right. Technique is everything.

Right hand under the rear silver grab rail, left hand on the handlebar with the wheel straight,
lower the centerstand and bring the bike so its sitting vetical while feeling that both feet of the stand are
touching the ground, and then stand on it with you right foot while pulling up vently with your right hand
and the bike should pop onto the stand with ease.
you have to remember this bike was disigned by people that probably average 5'6" and MAYBE 160 lbs. so they wouldn't design it so it wasn't easy to put up on the stand.
