RE: Stopped at local dealer today to look at Kaw 900 - Desert viper_imp - 11-17-2018 Yes keeping the CB, love my 1100! RE: Stopped at local dealer today to look at Kaw 900 - the Ferret - 11-18-2018 Congrats DV... are you getting the black or the retro inspired Root Beer and Orange? RE: Stopped at local dealer today to look at Kaw 900 - Desert viper_imp - 11-18-2018 Good morning Mickey......well the Kawasaki reps there said that for 2019 the Z900rs will only come in Root beer/ orange.....the black is discontinued. Also on the cafe green only.....the front cowling stripe that some people don’t like is removable....there is no clear coat over it. The root beer/orange has always been my favorite......there are a lot of new black 2018s still available at dealers if any of you guys want one. Let me amend my statement about 2018 black....2 new on Cycle Trader and one 2018 root beer and orange..... RE: Stopped at local dealer today to look at Kaw 900 - the Ferret - 11-18-2018 I like the Root beer and Orange one myself. RE: Stopped at local dealer today to look at Kaw 900 - flynrider - 11-18-2018 Yep. Rootbeer/Orange is what I was looking for too. There are plenty of leftover black ones around town at very low prices (some asking $8895). I tried, but couldn't get any dealer to give me the same smokin' deal on a rootbeer/orange version. RE: Stopped at local dealer today to look at Kaw 900 - Cormanus - 11-18-2018 Surely the rootbeer/orange bike is mandatory if you're after a Z900RS? It's hard to imaging why Kawasaki bothered to produce it any other colours. RE: Stopped at local dealer today to look at Kaw 900 - Bheezy27403_imp - 11-18-2018 Totally agree Cormanus. An exercise in futility. |
