Well bummer. Just met the seller of my potential new Marlin. Turns out he really didn’t know what he had. It was a classic screen. Oh well, I’ll stick with what I’ve got.

Final reference pic of the Classic screen on the CB. I'm happy to leave it on this bike until summer.

Gin60: I believe the Dart Classic looks great on your CB1100, possibly better than the Dart Marlin and the Classic likely "flutters" less in severe air currents.

No flutter whatsoever, Gold, at any speed. Not bothered that my Marlin deal fell through. Just hope my Classic vs Piranha comparison can be of some value to anyone interested.
