RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - peterbaron - 02-07-2025 Beautiful bikes, thanks for sharing. RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - alprider - 03-20-2025 yesterday the frist bigger loop ca 2-300km RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - Ollie - 03-20-2025 The GB350 would be fun as a true retro street single. Air cooled, 2V, 70mm bore with a long 90mm stroke, heavy flywheel, and Honda made-in-Japan quality, at a very affordable price. It'll hit 80 mph so fast enough for brief stints on the Interstate to get on the next 2-lane highway. I like it! OTOH it appears we'll get the GB500 version which will probably be nothing more than a retro styled SCL500 twin with its boring 180 degree motor. RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - Gone in 60 - 03-21-2025 I really enjoyed my CB300R while I had it, but came to the realization that a single just isn't practical when you need freeways to get anywhere. Still, on Tuesday, I was headed to my new office which is a long slog on a fast highway with minimal traffic, doing 75 on my Bonneville when I was passed by what I thought was a newer Bonneville based on the looks, going 80, either a Street Twin 900 or maybe a 1200 T120. The rider gave me a wave as he passed. Later on, I caught up with him on a grade, tucked in about 15 feet behind a semi truck. I thought "Wow, that's really dangerous!" As I passed him, I realized he was on a newer Speed 400. Rather brave! RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - alprider - 03-21-2025 well she makes without problems 100km/h (60ml) or topspeed 114km/h (70ml)...is absolut enough for any minutes..... and in my hands here she wants 2.5l per 100km...honda says it has 15l tank...but i guess its more like 17.5...... today : RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - alprider - 04-04-2025 spring feelings.......and already some over 3000km..... RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - the Ferret - 04-04-2025 So Alprider are you happy with the little single or do you find it "lacking" RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - alprider - 04-08-2025 no lack.................still a large smile under the helmet..... RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - alprider - 04-21-2025 eastern loop RE: Honda CB350 H'ness - peterbaron - 04-21-2025 This bike seems to have Michelin Pilot Road tires??? |
