The black cafe one looks like my bike now minus the checkers, bar end mirrors and duel exhaust. If that was offerd prior to me purchasing my 14EX then i would buy it in a heart beat. That is my vision for this bike, cool dark custom. Like motorcycle.com said in a review on youtube "I think Honda took the retro thing a little too far" well i agree. I like to see updated suspension, more HP with no limiters on the ecu and maybe some modern size tires, inverted forks and lower powder coated handle bars. Kind of how BMW did their 9T. But with Hondas twist.

Isn't that an LED headlamp?

Judging by the pictures of the new Grom Scramblers that accompanied these CBs in the press release, I would say YES. Though maybe not the exact same light, it does appear that Honda used LEDs for the concepts.

These are concepts and never to be registered. So they can put LED headlights, tubeless tires on a spoke rim, whatever. It'll never be ridden, just sent to shows.

The skinnier tires make the CB a lighter on her feet than she has a right to. I'd keep the tires as is.

Inverted forks would ruin the classic look. They may as well import the CB1300. Which they should. Big Grin

The GROM needs to be at least a 125cc.

Thanks, but no thanks, I'll keep my "13".

Me too, but I don't mind seeing Honda trying to breath new life into this bike.

I got email answer from my Honda dealership today:

The CB1100EX is still in production.

RE: The CB lives! - the Ferret - 10-04-2015

If that's true, I wonder why no one has tried to register a 2015 model on the forum? We have had two 2015 special edition Japanese models (ex models with mag wheels) show up, but nothing from Europe.
