Best wishes and good luck for a speedy recovery, PB.
After 20 years(!) of pain, my hip replacement last November has been a stunning success. Although more straightforward than a new knee, I hope you have similar results to my op, and it changes your life for the better as much as mine has. I was last on my bikes eighteen months ago, so I can't wait to get back riding, much as you will be, I guess.
Good luck, chum. Smile

THANK you kindly. Getting second/private PT to speed up recovery-bending knee.
History of previous operations/complications/muscle rupture+++ slow down recovery...but is coming, just need longer time to recover than average knee replacement. Aiming June to be back in the saddle Big Grin

June is one of the nicest months to ride in Ontario. Not too cold or hot, everything is fresh and green.

Hello PB, Glad to see you are on the mend. I cant comment on a new knee yet as mine are originals and hopefully will stay that way, knock wood. I did have back surgery years ago, and as a result I know that doing rehab correctly and religiously is key to quickest full recovery. Maybe like the Tin Woodsman in The Wizard of Oz, throw in some Honda 5W-30 full synthetic to keep the new gears lubricated? Speedy recovery Brother.

Thanks, generally OK, but bending knee is a slow process. To enhance it, last week started gym daily (just for bending) and tomorrow, 2nd/private PT. Hope to move forward faster. Bike in garage is bleating of not being ridden...Smile

Hang in there PB and maybe give the bike a nice coat of Honda polish to let it know you haven't forgotten about it lol.

Turn her over. It'll be good for both of you. Smile

Take the mirrors off before you do that PB. They’re not up to holding the weight of the bike. Big Grin
