Not sure if your 2017 is different from my 2013, but the bracket supplied by Dart also replaced the OEM headlight bracket, and adds an attachment point for the flyscreen. So each side of the flyscreen has two attachment points, at the headlight screw and the added screw point.
It's stamped aluminum, either anodized or painted silver. Not exactly attractive, but functional. I kept my factory headlight brackets in a safe place if I ever remove the screen completely.
I just snapped this pic of the bracket.

Yes extra hole for the Dart bracket at the other end. Will have to live with it

Yeah, I forgot about the Dart brackets. They extend the headlight out a bit.
It kinda exposes the cabling to the headlight a bit. A punk can almost grab a handful of wires and wreak havoc on an otherwise fine day.

Doesn't expose cables so much that you can see them, let alone reach them.

You can see the size difference compared to the Classic screen here. I've been riding with the Classic since I've had the bike. On me, it blocks wind to my chin at all speeds, and is very comfortable.
The Piranha blocks wind to the top of my chest, with the wind hitting my neck and above. I could feel wind coming up under the chin of my helmet, a little chilly now, but I can see this being a great comfort in summer. When I was able to get out of traffic, once I hit 80 mph, I felt my helmet try to lift slightly. Not to much to be a bother, but I see popping this shield on once the weather warms up.
And, I figured "In for a penny, in for a pound". There was a new-in-package Marlin screen for sale locally for a very low price, so I bought it, and am waiting to coordinate picking it up. I'll give that a try as well, and see what I think of all three. Only takes a minute to swap them back and forth.

Thanks, Treedoc. Dry California roads (albeit crumbling) and indoor parking on both ends of my commute help to make my weird compulsion to keep my bikes spotless a little easier. A good wipe-down with detail spray a few times a week gets the job done.
The Angel GTs are a big improvement in handling over the stock BT54s my bike came with. It was a quick learning curve to adjust to easier lean-in on turns. Lets see how long they last.
Last night, I moved the Pirahna to my Bonneville for my ride in this morning. A bit damp with foggy weather. It had the same effect on the Triumph - blocking air to the top of the chest, allowing wind to hit the neck and come up under the chin, otherwise very comfortable. Visually, I think the Piranha blends a little better with this bike, maybe because it's a black screen on a black bike.
In summation, between the Classic and the Pirahna, both will keep the wind off of your chest, with a tad more wind protection from the Classic.
When I can coordinate to get my new Marlin from the seller, we'll see how that works.

It's a compulsion I have with my vehicles. I have a system that works well for me. A few nights a week, when I get home, a spray here, a wipe there. When the bikes are on the center stand for chain lube, I get up under the fenders and undercarriage. Polish the header pipes about once a month on each bike.
Just a little work keeps 'em clean. Some people think I'm nuts to keep daily-ridden bikes that clean, but it keeps me out of trouble I guess.
