I bought a 2010 (manufactured year) new in 2013 for $11000 Australian dollars, ride away price with 3 months registration. This is roughly $10000 US dollars.

You did pretty well then it sounds like. It probably would've been a lot more if you had bought it in 2010 I imagine?

I'm sure they started out around 15000 Aussie dollars in 2010. I was very happy and the bike has been great!

Greetings! By post count it's obvious I'm new to the forums, I don't have a CB1100 yet but I'm debating between a 2013 and waiting to see if the 2014 models are going to make it to the U.S.

RE Guth's post above. I'm beginning to think their add is just a teaser. I saw that they had "One only" at $7499 about a month ago. I went it to ask them about it and they had one on the floor, but the "$7499 one" sold the day before I was told. Yet they keep running the same add week after week. Maybe it's that they don't update their webpage. In any event, I'll check with them again by phone.

In your case, I would wait for the EX. In case it does not hit the U.S. stores, you can take an "old" CB 1100 2013 model. I guess there are still some available at some Honda dealers.

Bought mine used with 1750 miles on it 3 weeks ago for $7,850. Not a scratch on it. The second I fired it up I wanted it. The look, the fuel injection, sound and performance all did their magic on me.

I paid $9999 with no additional dealer fees although I did have to pay title and registration fees to the county on top of that (I believe it ran $260 all together). No sales tax here in Oregon. Dealer is great. They are located 24 miles away, they sell me parts at 20% off and everyone that I've encountered there seems to be fairly knowledgeable and very courteous.

They are currently advertising a new 2013 CB1100 for $7499 (don't know if they would wave the dealer fees for that price). That's a bit hard to swallow, but to be honest, I wouldn't trade the past 7 + months with my CB1100 for the difference in price. I've really enjoyed this bike. If I hadn't have been so fired up about it, I wouldn't have started this forum.

What was the name of your Dealer??? Too Kool

December 2013 the week before Christmas, I paid $9,700 out the door. I have the base model. I bought it in a smaller town in Arkansas United States. A bit more than the $2600 I paid for my 05 rebel lol
