When one loads "https://cb1100forum.com" the browser looks for the various screen images using the https protocol and can't find them meaning they don't display. As I recall this forum has not been set up for the https protocol so it is not surprising. Thank you and your son for your help but it did not work for me. I asked my son for help and still no cure for this issue, and after reinstalling/updating the most resent Google Chrome my other Mac got screwed up ![]() For the time being, I am using Firefox browser for one laptop. Will take it to work to see what our IT professionals can do with it....or will stay with Ff from now on... Thanks. RE: Forum Website Issues - GoldOxide_imp - 10-12-2023 ... how does updating a browser application mess with the Mac operating system? RE: Forum Website Issues - Cormanus - 10-12-2023 That's a good question GO. RE: Forum Website Issues - Cormanus - 10-15-2023 Update: I've thought about what I actually did to get Chrome working again. Initially I went to the Chrome system page (chrome://net-internals/#hsts) and entered "cb1100forum.com" in the "Delete domain security policies" box. It resolved the problem, but not for long. For no reason I can recall I then tried entering "cb1100forum.com/forum/" into the "Delete domain security policies" box. I've not had any problems since. RE: Forum Website Issues - peterbaron - 10-15-2023 Is this the only operation you did, in Delete domain security policies box...any other boxes????...where it says (You cannot delete preloaded entries)????? Did you restart your pc or went directly to the CB forum...cos did not work for me ![]() EDIT I fixed it, not so sure what I did, cos I did many things simultaneously , so my first Mac is fixed and now I fixed my other Mac = all 4 computers and iPhone work again. Before my two Macs were not properly displaying CB1100 Forum So far OK, will see if it works after turn off = it WORKS Comanus inspired me to work harder = ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I use Safari though… Safari is not so good & safe for you cos so many wild, mad and big animals there , look below ![]() ![]() ![]() Not only I fixed it, I also discovered what was the reason behind it, at least in my case...so it went the crooked way again and I fixed it again...now I have to fix the thing that is causing it. Two problems are: I did not change any settings I think??, and I am not computer savvy ![]() I will explain the fix in my case in few days. I employed Firefox for back up on my two Macs at home.
