We should use a custom earplugs to protect our hearing. So find the best custom earplugs and prevent hearing damage.

Actually, my intention is to buy a hearing protection earplugs but my budget is not high so I need to buy the best one within my budget. But I cannot decide from where will I buy it and I don't have much experience on it so I can compare the quality. If I get some knowledge before buying it then will be good for me.

Flents Quiet Contour ear plugs. 50 pair for $15. Noise reduction 33db. With a full-face helmet, it's plenty quiet. Once you get used to rolling and inserting the foam plugs, you get a custom fit every time.
