We have way too many deer in the ozarks, in fact most riders will not (myself included) ride at night, dusk, or dawn due to that fact. happens all the time, collisions with cars are a daily event.

I didn't know that. Thanks! I'll have to do a little research to see if that will work. There was substantial damage to the white plastic part that goes under that cover (Case, lower 37400-MGC-701), so I'll have to check to see if a new cover will attach properly. I actually pulled out a couple of large chunks of broken white plastic that were loose under the cover.
