yep, thats the idea, done that system already on my burgman

I know now 303 km is the minimum.

Still, I am surprised to hear that the bike should not judder not matter the amount of gas you have.
It really did judder, like the power was of for small fractions of a second, the kind of judder I got with my scooter and with my Burgman when fuel is almost empty.

nope, shouldn't judder. There is no interruption in fuel flow, it has fuel injection, not gravity fed. There is just a computer that tells you when you have .8 gallon left.

If it judders again (which I don't think it will) you will need to have it looked at by a Honda mechanic.
