On another thread (entitled "Easy Question") which I launched recently and also about windshields, I mentioned the Parabellum Sport windshield...I have one on my BMW K75 bike and it is marvelous. Here is a link Popgun added to his reply on that thread. it is available in different heights...This one is the tallest.

Be advised, it is pricey.
I just confirmed that the Parabellum sport works on the 2014 CB1100 standard and ordered this shield and it is to ship on Monday. I got the tinted one in the 22" height.

Aside from the cosmetic beauty of the Puig (IMHO), the magic number is 9.5-10" in height to prevent buffeting. The new one does it. I'll post feedback and pics when I get mine. Hopefully, I'll have pics of the sprocket mod soon or just after.

I had a JC Whitney imitation Vetter on a 76 Suzuki GT550. Not as nice as the windjammer, but it worked great.
I find the MRA X-creen very stable at highway speeds. The clamp-on version is well engineered with rubber pads to contact the existing windscreen.
I have not removed it yet to see if the existing screen is scratched but I doubt it. It does not vibrate and I made sure the rubber pads were clean and the screen was cleaned and polished before I installed it. If there is any minor marking upon removal, I'm sure it can be polished out with plexus.

+1 on the MRA X-creen. I installed it on the National Cycle Plexistar 2 and it
makes for a great combo. Eliminated the helmet buffeting from the PS2.
