It's an EMGO extra long reverse cone and what I'm ordering is the Emgo shorty reverse cone. The long is 27" and the shorty is 17". The long looks OK but I think the shorty will be better. Try the JC Whitney web site or get their catalog. I had a hard time making my "chat" person understand what I wanted. RE: New Muffler - dsinned_imp - 06-23-2016 This is an old thread, but hopefully those in the know will read this latest post. My questions, is it compatible with the CB1100's OEM intermediate transition pipe between 4 into 1 collector/cat and the 17" EMGO shorty reverse cone? And what about the center stand? Probably not, since its advertised as a "universal" slip on and not for any specific bike(s). Nevertheless, this is incredibly cheap ($46 on ebay with free shipping) for such a great sounding exhaust. I listened to a few clips of it on Youtube and like the sound a lot! It is appropriately a "megaphone" type of design. The stock CB1100 exhaust is way too quiet, so this slip on should wake things up! |
