that is a good question Peter.. I normally turn the app on, check my pressures, then turn it off .. I know it has visual alerts .. if pressures fall out of the parameters you program in to it.. by the way, you can have multiple bikes on the app.. just buy extra sensors for the other bikes.. because I turn the app back off, I get no alerts.. I thought about mounting my phone in its cradle on the bike and then watch my pressures as they rise with the tire temps, but I haven't done that.. if I did, I would get the alerts..

Check the OS notification settings specific to the app. Maybe there is something. Check the app settings too.

Chuckk, heh, heh, I wish, I had so many bikes like you did, unless I would get one in a perfect condition, naked GW or CBX. I am picky with the word perfect

In winter, I think about a few projects, usually 1-2 become reality, and this winter one might be BIG =Big Grin

This FOBO business has been worrying me. I now understand it’s a condition I suffer from: Fear Of Being Old.

I think, your FOBO may have at least some of the options.
Your method of checking is very wise, keeping all phones zipped in our pockets and concentrate on the road is much safer than watching them.

It's really hard to send a text while you're riding if your phone is in your pocket. Undecided

RE: FOBO tire pressure monitoring system report.. - GoldOxide_imp - 12-07-2019

I'd think the text would have to be voice-activated with fair-to-decent helmet sound acoustics while moving. I think some Forum members have successfully expressed this.

Nevertheless, I believe it might still be distracting as the rider must spend a bit of concentration verifying the intended message and/or responses. Maybe best used when stopped, and in particular, off the road.

Example:

Offspring: "Dad, when can we fix my car?"

Fah-tha: "After I'm done humping the trash."

Offspring: "Wha?"

Fah-tha: "You know what I mean.
(hoooo, shhhhh, ..., hooooo, shhhhhh)."
