Why is it a 745cc in Japan and 670 in the US. Why do they do that?

The explanation I've heard, and maybe it's true, is that the NC700 series just isn't selling well in the US.
If that's true, then maybe it isn't worth the cost of getting the NC750 motor EPA and CA-CARB certified..

Doc, it does--in Japan. You can even get it in Kawasaki green. Maybe put some Kawasaki stickers on it and aggravate Honda, AND Kawasaki!
