Hm, I don't think so.
To maintain an excel sheet of torque specs might be not an easy task. Don't want to be a spoil sport, however who would get blamed if there was a false entry, which caused some damage e.g. to your engine mount?

I think the answer is no. If someone wants to transcribe the list from the service manual and post it, fine, but it would give rise to the concerns Django mentioned.
Posting a picture of the page(s) would raise copyright questions and the pictures would be removed.
If you want a particular torque value, ask and someone is sure to tell you.

It is worth buying the Helm official CB 1100 manual , than you have everything you need to know about repairs etc.

That would be easily remedied with a disclaimer.
Thats a shame, I was hoping to save myself $65 on a manual.
When I owned a Bonneville I used to refer to this PDF someone made all the time.

I have provided a LOT of torque specs and other info from the manual, but I have never made up a table or Excel spreadsheet.

If you really want to, obfuscate in a file hosted somewhere. People can grab the file and get the passphrase through other ways to decrypt. Not advocating this, but really, it is trivial.
