There will always be a debate as to how far a government should go to try and protect people from their own stupidity. Things also work differently from one country to the next. Here in Switzerland, having an accident insurance is mandatory, and so all individuals legally living here will have an accident insurance. Now what happens with regards to these idiots (yes we have lots of them too in the summer) that ride around in shorts and flip-flops have accidents? Well, their accident insurance will cover all the skin-grafts and other expensive care like their re-education etc. Problem is, the expense of this must be covered somehow, and so my accident insurance premium goes up. So, at the end of the day, I end up paying for their stupidity. Well, I do have a problem with that...

It's been 25 years, but I think IN a lot like GA...I remember two things, having to make turns at such a slow speed that slipping the clutch was necessary and a panic stop that required both front and rear brakes.
