RE: Operation Tank Bag: FAIL - the Ferret - 10-27-2015 Mr Good, see if there are any sign making shopes in your area, they may have some. If not ebay? RE: Operation Tank Bag: FAIL - MrGood_imp - 10-27-2015 Yeah good call, I'm going to look local maybe at Advance Auto Parts or something, Walmart or Lowes/HD maybe? Then revert to the keyboard hahaha! RE: Operation Tank Bag: FAIL - Lord Popgun - 10-28-2015 Car tinting places have it around here. RE: Operation Tank Bag: FAIL - CB4ME_imp - 10-28-2015 This is my second tank bag, an Ogio super mini tanker. I positioned the rear flap under the seat and have unfettered access to the gas cap. ![]() I originally purchased a Joe Rocket tank bag. The magnets on that bag were so powerful that it was hard to install or remove without slapping or scraping the tank. By comparison, the Ogio magnets are much smaller, making it easier to avoid any damage. But they still do the job of holding the bag in place. RE: Operation Tank Bag: FAIL - MrGood_imp - 10-28-2015 Good info, thanks Pop/CB4ME, Kappa makes a real nice one too. Not only the gas cap is unobstructed but it seems like the bag's footprint would fall entirely within the TANK SLAPPER panels, thus not in direct contact with the paint.
