It was the KROQ Weenie Roast down in Irvine. My wife is still going with her friend. I get some alone time at home haha! But it was very nice my mom was able to come spend the last couple days with me. Very fortunate.

To go back to the earlier discussion, The Epley Manoeuvre is what you have to perform to sort out some types of vertigo. My wife had a bout of it recently and was told about it. See [url=http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Epley+Manoeuvre]here.

Sorry for your troubles, man, but let me weigh in on the effectiveness of the Epley Manouver. I had a shockingly quick onset of vertigo a few years back. After three sessions with a therapist, twisting me like a Cirque de Soleil acrobat, I was fixed and it's never returned. Hope you heal quickly.

Yeah my wife said RHCP didn't play, bummer. Were you at the show?
I'm finally up and walking. Not quite back to normal, but I feel much better. That was miserable!!
I'll try the Epley Maneuver after I finish up some work. Supposed to get a call back to go to a phys therapist to get moved around like that. Haven't gotten the call yet though...
Oh, I think the ER doctor did that to me while I was in the hospital. Or some form of that. Made me feel really dizzy at the time. I've been doing exercises at home where you tilt and rotate your head in certain directions. Not sure if they're helping, but I'm getting better.
