Man what a great looking bike? Those pipes ooh man, so cool.
We have a history section and we have done a lot of research on this model, you might like to peruse, but trust me every 2013 that came into the US in 2013 had a black motor.

Thanks Ferret , I guess the builder really went out of his way God Bless his soul.
He did a great job and it has an engine clear coat just like the 14's I have seen. btw I blacked the vents in the pipes heat shield last night.
Thanks everyone , I am not hard headed just not that familiar with this bike and really do appreciate all the help and advice.
just back from 120 mile ride along the coast and love this bike.

Beautiful bike!
It definitely has the Combined-ABS system like my '13. I can see 2 brake lines going to the right front 3-pot caliper and the ABS sensor ring on the front wheel. However, my '13 C-ABS CB has the blacked out engine and my front sprocket cover is dark plastic while yours looks like polished aluminum.
