I have a one off exhaust made by MotoGPWerks that is basically a giant fat pipe with a hint of muffler. With the PCV tuned, its loud as F**K. I'll measure the dB's in the morning, but I'm guessing 100+ when wound out.
Now before you old salts start blustering about loud pipes, it's pretty easy to stay in the sweet spot of the power band and keep the dB's low. With that said, when I got a dumdum head in front of me staring into his phone, you better believe I can get his attention!
I'm guessing my exhaust is very similar to any of the full exhausts that look vintage like the yoshi. If I rode my bike on long rides the drone might bother me, but I really just ride around town. Besides, this bike is all about looking cool. The mx bars and tiny exhaust make it look boss. And that shiny red tank can't be beat.
