Lol. It's universal, it seems.

This is a great forum! Thanks for the info and pictures on jackets!

I never thought about dedicating a closet to all motorcycle gear, but with all the kids gone now, Ferret has given me an idea! Thanks!

Here is a picture of the Barbour International Wax jacket, which was a must have in the Sixties and for me even today.
The shown one is the olive Jacket, there are also black ones and brown ones, I own them all. Even a green one, but mine is made by TT-Leathers, they used to produce fine motorcycle gear on the Isle of Man and I don“t know if they still exist.

I just picked up a Joe Rocket Speedway leather jacket, they are "last year's model" and are on sale for $180.

Really like this jacket and that's a great price. Too bad I'm obsessed with armored jackets; much like I'm obsessed with malleolus protection with my boots. Still, almost pulled the trigger on this jacket because it looks great. Smile

I mostly wear a Halvarsson Seventy Classic Jacket on my CB1100EX.
It is a marvelous goat skin jacket, witch is perfect in wearing comfortably and it matches perfect to the bike. See the Image.
An other jacket for my bike is my Old School Barbour International waxed jacket.
The jacket looks great! Thumbs Up
(Is it equipped with protectors?)

(Is it equipped with protectors?) The Halvarsson jacket comes with shoulder and elbow protectors nd has a pocket for an additional back protector, which is an accessory.

I like the Katmandu from 1st Gear, good wet and cool weather touring jacket. Had to order one size karger for a good fit. Warm weather I really like my Joe Rocket Phoenix, it's a mesh and is actually sized to American riders. 6"4' and 325lb and the 3XLT fits like a dream. I often wear a leather vest over the mesh when the weather allows. An old leather jacket rounds out the group. Revzilla has always been good to me and they have a fantastic return policy.

Here's another jacket option for you all. I tried this on at the IMS yesterday. Quality appears very high and it comes with Knox armor at the elbows and shoulders. At $400 plus shipping, it's at the high end of my price range, but it looks and feels great.

Anyone know anything more about the BMG Montana from personal experience?

Here's a picture of me trying it on. Note..never trust your spouse to not take the picture when you're stiking a goofy pose.
