Hey all..if I may add my .2 cents worth. The best evasive move I read was if a car is about to turn left in front of you,turn left also. It's not the direction you were intending but you avoided being hit/killed. Easy to turn around and then turn left in the direction you originally planed. I haven't needed to use this (yet!) but it's always in my mind when I'm in this situation. Also I don't leave my high beam on all the time as I have seen riders facing me with their's on and it's sometime impossable to see their turn signals if they are mounted close to the headlight like on our bikes........LouA
