I'd think so. Ep 1 showed how she got the (used) scooter and why it was so cheap. And she got a free helmet and gloves and got her permit. And learned to start it, which was funny.

That girl needs some self-confidence. I guess that will come though.
So it looks like new episodes arrive every Wednesday (in USA figuring). Believe me, most anime studios are sweatshops, so I'm sure they're burning the midnight oil and consuming all kinds of weird Japanese energy drinks to get them out.
Episode 2 has some nerdy tech talk in it about mods.
In the meantime, you can watch another Iyashikei (soothing/healing) anime featuring an android girl and her scooter: Yokohama Kaidashi Kiko Free on YouTube.

All 12 episodes are now available for binge-watching in your Man Cave while atop your favorite Honda saddle via Funimation (the Americas), AnimeLab (Down Under) or Wakanim (Europe). You can usually get a free subscription trial. I enjoyed it ... definitely captures the joy (and challenges) of discovering motorcycling and the years in university I spent getting around on a Hunter Cub (CT-90).
Though Episode 10 made me yell at the screen, "Don't do it!"
