Looks like it would easily out-perform a motorized wheelchair! This is my vote. Talk about flying? This is a Sopwith Camel that simply doesn't have wings. RE: LAM - Life after Motorcycling - rboe - 05-25-2021 Pfft. Not worried about it. Like others, there is plenty of things to do and plenty of life choices outside motorcycling. Like with work, my self identity is not tied to any one activity or hobby and I'm open to other options - if I can afford them. ![]() But if you have good genes, take care of yourself, you'll have options yourself. RE: LAM - Life after Motorcycling - Offroad - 05-25-2021 Long Ranger....how's your drum hobby.....I sometimes think a should get a set to play with. If I could only learn to drum like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyF5A7BFnqw That was my #1 drum solo I'd try to play on a desk or something growing up LOL I like all the different camera angles so you can actually see what drums are being hit and when. Love that Morgan RE: LAM - Life after Motorcycling - misterprofessionality - 05-25-2021 The Morgan reminds me of that harley v-twin powered plane they have in display at Wheels Through Time. RE: LAM - Life after Motorcycling - Stichill_imp - 11-08-2021 Found a [url=https://www.124spider.org/threads/replace-motorcycle.37571/]good thread on this topic over at the 2017+ Fiat 124 Spider forum about LAM. I'm sure there are other sports car forums (MX-5 Miata, etc.) with similar themes. It's not motorcycle vs. cage. It's enthusiast 2-wheel and/or enthusiast 4-wheel with equal or similar enthusiasm. RE: LAM - Life after Motorcycling - Frulk_imp - 11-08-2021 Only as a point of clarification: I’ve never watched Thelma and Louise. Not a fan of Sarandon nor Gina really. While the plot of the movie indicates they went over the edge of the Grand Canyon the actual place the scene was filmed was close to Dead Horse Point on the border of Canyonlands National Park, Utah. |
