RE: My three best friends - jerrycon_imp - 08-25-2017 It appears that you are satisfied with Corbin seats. Might I inquire regarding specifications for those seats. Are they the Chip Beck spec? I'm thinking about riding down to Hollister one day and having my seat replaced. RE: My three best friends - bflint - 08-25-2017 Sweet pic

Might I inquire regarding specifications for those seats. Are they the Chip Beck specquote] The first Corbin seat I bought was their standard CB 1100 seat, I always have them use vinyl (no upkeep and rain proof ) , I ordered the tomato red piping and NO Corbin "flap" on the back as I will never use a back rest. The next 2 Corbin seats I bought as a higher version , I am 6 feet and it is about 1 inch higher and also a little softer. The lower one gives a little more support against your back. I have had Corbin Vinyl seats on some of my bikes for over 25 years and never had a issue. Leather needs more upkeep and in rain it could be more problematic. |
