Looks like you are all set. My only suggestion would be to avoid Pigeon Forge. What a nonstop traffic nightmare! Way too many tourists driving around half paying attention, walking in the road, etc. And a stop light every three feet. It took me more than a hour to go the 2 miles or so across that town last summer. Not a good scene on a bike.
