Makes a big difference; if C, that is a hot spell for that locale. Gets colder than that in the midwest. Up to 70 degrees F of frost and more are not unknown in the Yukon. Spittle freezes solid before it hits the ground. 70 degrees of frost is -38F or -39C. |
