Yes, it was actually founded by a biker priest as a way to attract wayward young men and keep them out of trouble. Ok, having been raised Catholic, maybe that didn't sound quite right. Lol. RE: Decal opinions wanted... - 4fout2_imp - 04-14-2015 59 would be cool and put a smaller 59 on your helmet. Retro open face with the sheild.

My vision is a large white circle on each side of the tailpiece, large enough so that the top part of it overlaps onto the flat part of the trunk. Then the same graphic sized to fit on the back of my flat black, retro style Bilt helmet that I wear for riding to coffee, cafe night or whenever else I'm feeling vintage. You basically spray the decal with a soapy solution which allows you to slide the decal around. It's how I installed my vinyl stripes. I ordered some numbers for my street enduro, from the same place you got your stripes, what soapy solution did you use?

Basically, just get a spray bottle full of water with a few drops of dish-washing liquid. RE: Decal opinions wanted... - the Ferret - 04-15-2015 I voted for the 59's as well. Seems like they would better fit the theme of the bike (ps it needs gaiters) RE: Decal opinions wanted... - Rebel73_imp - 04-15-2015 (04-14-2015, 10:02 PM)Motogeezer1949_imp Wrote: Funny, I have had a similar idea, except I was thinking of using 49 as in the year of my birth, 1949. I thought about doing the same with 73, my year of birth, which by the way, if you ever watch Big Bang Theory, Sheldon Cooper states is the best number. Lol. Looks like the 59s have it! You guys all make good points. It will fit my retro theme better, and the number has a ton of cool history attached to it. RE: Decal opinions wanted... - the Ferret - 04-15-2015 You can buy one of those 73 shirts that he wears http://www.cbsstore.com/the-big-bang-theory-73-t-shirt/detail.php?p=628518&v=cbs-thebigbangtheory-sheldonscloset |
