Amazing job on the Vetter .. I also have a 1982 Goldwing 1100 with a Vetter fairing and love the wind protection and the storage pockets are a HUGE bonus . In fact, I love the Vetter so much, I think its almost as good as the fairing /windshield as my Gl1800 except for lwoer leg protection . .Someday I might find and install the Vetter "lower" fairings for cold weather riding.. Good Luck !

Caddy your 2016 is 6 speed correct? You still needed to change both sprockets? What were your results on rpm at crusing speed? I have a 2013 5 speed and want to go down one tooth on the front . Where did you source the sprockets?

Nice job on the Honda, but...IMO, CB1100 wasn't designed for touring, but if it fills your needs, great! I use mine, an 05, as a city, or local bike, and for touring I prefer my BMW R1100RT, a bike designed and built for touring. Fully faired, electric windshield, hard bags, heated grips, with an engine heat duct that will direct engine heat to you, and at 80 MPH, the engine is turning only 4200 RPM. It wasn't all that spendy, either. But, whatever floats your boat!
