Rizoma Spy Mirrors. Bolt up like a bar end but can be positioned as a regular mirror. No vibration, superior glass, great field of view including almost behind you.

Retsel, that weird looking thing is the Dan Gurney Alligator. It was a run of 36 Honda-powered motorcycles his AAR shop built in 2002. When he passed away, the shop was working on a larger, V-twin version. We have one of the originals in the Petersen, and it has those CB500 mirrors, flipped upside down to mount under the fairing. Apparently, that mirror has been in production for quite some time!

LOL, you're quite the Hawkeye Thumbs Up

I'm guessing this photo was taken after a bit of chain cleaning & lube. I indeed use a chain guard.

Townie what tail bag do you have? Also that blue is really nice! I have the same fairing but without the stripes.

Tailbag is a Cortech Super 2.0, 14L size. Fits pretty good on the seat, and I used a few simple elastics to hook to the CB's lash points. On & off in about 5 seconds Smile

The Pearl Spencer Blue was only for the Canada market, I think.

"Hawkeye"? Naw, not me. Although some here at the Forum would point out, "Missing RLETs".

I thought maybe you were going for a "rough 'n' tumble" look without the chain guard. Smile

Anyone have experience with these? I was searching Partzilla and these showed up as an aftermarket replacement for CB500, half the price.

I've used Bikemaster mirrors before - not these exact ones, but models that are copies of other Honda mirrors, and they're pretty good. If you're not all about keeping it "all Honda", I'm sure they'd be fine. I considered those very closely, but ended up cruising Ebay until I found someone selling CB500 mirrors NIB for a good price.
