I like it, but can we stuff the big motor in it? Not more than any japanese v-twin engine ... look at that big radiator ! Liquid-cool my friend !!! 4-valve cylinder head, two front-disc brakes for such a "small" HD !! HD is definitely trying to appeal to a larger crowd. Young people neither want nor can afford the large and heavy HD. RE: Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - Django - 03-10-2017 Afaik the Street 750 is produced in India: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harley-Davidson_India RE: Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - kballowe_imp - 03-10-2017 (03-10-2017, 02:10 AM)Django_imp Wrote: Afaik the Street 750 is produced in India: They're made in the Kansas City plant for U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The Indian manufactured bikes are exported "to the rest of the world" RE: Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - holy666diver_imp - 03-10-2017 They need to lower their prices. For $17,000 you can get yourself a low rider S.... wth. RE: Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - rboe - 03-10-2017 Some one else where suggested it was very similar to the old Honda Ascot (at least the engine) which is not a bad thing at all. I'd need a taller saddle, other wise, I'm intrigued. No need for a bigger motor; they have bikes with bigger motors already. They need to cover the 500-750cc market much better so I think they are on the right track. Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - PowerDubs_imp - 03-10-2017 They don't have bikes like this with bigger motors though... And people have the nerve to complain about the price of a new CB 1100 EX? Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - PowerDubs_imp - 03-10-2017 No, 8.5-9k depending on paint. Actually a bargain compared to the CB msrp Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - the Ferret - 03-10-2017 Ohhh.. I misunderstood holy666's comment post 14. RE: Harley Davidson Street Rod - "American Standard" - DaSwami_imp - 03-10-2017 Count me in as this being a bike I wouldn't mind a test ride on. Not a H-D fan at all but this is a proper looking modern motorcycle IMO |
