Hahaha. Thanks alprider.

The Gatling gun exhaust probably provides more forward thrust too.

And that submerged CT125 may have bent a rod if it was hydro-locked, although that doesn't seem to happen on little Hondas.

I got an email from Honda yesterday on the Trail 125: https://powersports.honda.com/street/minimoto/trail125-abs?cid=eml_spo_dly&pgrcd=PWSPTCHE&cmpcd=T00972&ofrcd=A00972

Base price $3899 + $190USD destination charge

RE: Honda Trail 125 - Roper_imp - 10-17-2020

Yep. That's Honda's MSRP. Most motorcycles are in demand right now. Most dealerships are having their best sales months in a decade. So, there's no incentive to lower the price. If you don't buy it, someone else will. Maybe in February...

I could look it up, but you guys will know. Did the CT90 and CT110 have a manual clutch or did they have clutchless shifting like the new CT125?

Cheaper than the Monkey, but not nearly as cool. Thumbs Up

They had no clutch handles, like all the step-throughs, all Z50, and most Trail 70s. Clutch deactivates by shift lever movement, so on the old ones, you put it in gear, holding the shift lever up, rev the motor, and sidestep the lever for a little more dig off the line.
