RE: Rattle when going over bumps. - cheddarcheese_imp - 06-11-2020 Did a little cleaning up in the headlight housing, the problem is improved I think, but certainly still present. Any ideas what else it could be? Anything on the bike that I grab seems to be bolted on tight . . . RE: Rattle when going over bumps. - Cormanus - 06-12-2020 It's not your taillight, is it? RE: Rattle when going over bumps. - cheddarcheese_imp - 06-14-2020 Well I re-opened the headlight and literally stuffed it with mini bubble-wrap. In between every set of wires as well as in between those wires and the housing itself. That seems to have taken care of it. Very odd, anyone who's opened the headlight can attest that things seem pretty well secured in there from the factory, and yet they need more padding! It is interesting, though, how much they are able to hind in that little space. |
