Hello I have 2019 RS model, what I noticed the bike makes Noise when is off, sounds like the Gas PUMP, not sure. its to remove the gases from the tank itself?

Hey Accioly - welcome to the Forum.
Likely your post ride "off sounds" is the emission gas being managed. It usually settles down after 30 minutes or so and seems to be more active in hot conditions.

It could be that too.
My CB1100 was pretty quiet after a summertime ride.
My Aprilia (meeting Euro and Californian emission standards) would hiss, gurgle, and groan for at least 30 minutes post-ride as evaporation gases were managed. It would rarely be as active after a post-winter ride.
