Easy peasy! Screw it in. Ha, I'm not sure why I said "no kidding required." I've never said that in my life, but you got what I meant. Could I burden you with the task of a couple more pictures. I'm very interested in this mod but I'm slightly concerned about how far out they stick based on that angle... RE: First impression of 2014 DLX vs. 2013 standard - shdwghst457_imp - 06-10-2014 When I was riding with Elipten I was a bit jealous of his wider mirrors. Probably an extra 2-3" outboard on both sides. RE: First impression of 2014 DLX vs. 2013 standard - Houtman_imp - 06-11-2014 I always put the OEM early CBX mirrors on my bikes, including the CB1100. They look good and the stems are a little longer than ours. I do not need to see my shoulders , with these I can see both lanes behind me from both mirrors. Just under $100 for a set from Tims CBX in GA. Seriously contemplating this; current shoulder-inspectors are useless. RE: First impression of 2014 DLX vs. 2013 standard - Houtman_imp - 06-11-2014 Yes, Michael they are the ones and not a bad price either. At this stage in my life safety comes first and that's why I like these mirrors and they fit each side , well made and easy to adjust. For the same reason I do not mind the large indicators , the small ones very close to the bike are in my opinion more difficult to see by the non attention paying car drivers. Said NO a few times to the extended warranty, signed a bunch of paper and was out the door except for a few issues. The feelers under the pegs that tell you you're about to run out of lean angle? Are those what you're talking about? Backs of your shins? You calf? I don't understand what you mean at all. RE: First impression of 2014 DLX vs. 2013 standard - shdwghst457_imp - 06-11-2014 Sounds like you understand exactly what he means! First impression of 2014 DLX vs. 2013 standard - Ridem32_imp - 06-11-2014 Shins, calf. Same thing just depends which way your facing or if you looking back into a mirror lol
