Wouldn't be hard to make it an international project if people from all over the world report on bike friendly or good eateries. It's also easy to include a link to the individual post containing the details.

In aviation this is called the $100 Hamburger. You fly somewhere, eat, then fly home. The $100 refers to the cost of flying the plane to and from your meal, although over the past few decades the cost has gone up.
There's even a website guide to $100 Hamburger destinations.
