RE: Stock Parts..... Sell or Keep ? - the Ferret - 12-10-2015 I dont have many farkles on my bike and kept the stock pieces ( headlight bucket, left hand switch assy, hand grips, tire valve stem caps, reflectors etc) so it could conceivably be put back to stock someday. Only thing I didn't keep was the decals off the tank. RE: Stock Parts..... Sell or Keep ? - jmc1100_imp - 12-10-2015 Good advice as always. Wrap and place originals in a tote. Store them. RE: Stock Parts..... Sell or Keep ? - Motogeezer1949_imp - 12-11-2015 Sell. RE: Stock Parts..... Sell or Keep ? - kmoney_imp - 12-11-2015 If you're not hard up for space, you may as well just keep them. Some things like stock turn signals and stuff people may not care about, but headlight brackets (if you put on a flyscreen) handlebars, exhaust, rearsets, big things that will be hard to find in the future are worth keeping around for when you decide to sell. Even if you decide to sell you bike modified, it helps big time to be able to write "have all stock parts" in the ad. |
