RE: Oil Filter Torque - redbirds_imp - 11-17-2017 I always do "hand tight" on all oil filters and have never had one leak. I don't know how the factory installed filters are placed so tight. A Kawasaki Mule I have took a breaker bar and a Napa belt wrench to remove the original filter. My recommendation for the cap wrench was strictly for removal. Why so much torque to remove original...dunno? Appreciate your tag line. |
