Yesterday, the temperature was somewhere in the low to mid 90's for my commute home. Fortunately, traffic happened to be quite light, by Portland standards anyway, so I encountered very little in the way of stop 'n go situations. As long as I'm moving, the venting on the suit works surprisingly well even in this level of heat. That's plenty good for me. I know better than to wish for cool, wet weather because we'll get plenty of that soon enough. However, I honestly don't enjoy being outside all that much when it gets over 85 or so, let alone 95 and above, be it on a motorcycle or just in general. Throw some humidity into the mix and I pretty much hibernate.

Totally makes a WHOLE lot of sense for you - being up in Portland. You guys get probably 10x the amount of rain (or more) than we do in NorCal.
