Incredibly as it might sound, southern Ontario from June through August can be as bad as the deep south. Remember: We are snow folks, so it feels even worse. We are in deep humid zones bounded by the Great Lakes and the air mass typically originates from the Gulf of Mexico.
This mystical creature is indeed stealthy. The key is definitely to keep moving, but many times it is difficult in practice for certain riding situations. I have been toying with a few lithium battery powered under jacket fans and success is rather dismal. However, I won't give up. One problem in particular is blockage of air intake. Some garment always wants to block flow by getting sucked up.
"Liquid-cooled" tech garments may keep you cool, but I am more interested in staying dry from the humidity.

My McGyver riding buddy tried to design a self-sprayer using a water bottle, a 12V windshield washer pump, some clear plastic tubing, and two spray nozzles. His idea was to mount the nozzles on the handlebars, facing the rider, and with the push of a button, the pump would suck water from the bottle and spray the rider. It'd be really refreshing for the summer conditions out here, but he never made a working model.
This is the same guy who went wide around a curve on his Kawasaki Z1 900 and careened over a cliff (I watched in horror in my rear view mirror), and years later, collided head-on with an oncoming pickup truck while attempting to pass a line of traffic on his Triumph Trophy 1200. Mike, you are dearly missed.

I'm still envying your Ridgeline motorcycle transporter. 
In a hot and humid climate where the sun and pavement and bike add radiated infrared energy while the ambient air adds conducted heat to your body, forget evaporative or convective cooling of the skin to remove body heat.
Start thinking about cooling the blood that flows throughout the body. Cool blood = cool body.
One of the best places to exchange heat from the blood is the head.

By the way, I would not order the Feher helmet in black. Silver or White make a lot more sense from an IR absorption perspective.

We had a buddy who rode like that. Nearly implanted his R1200RT and his face into the grille of a logging truck two miles from our lodgings. We all honestly thought he would die. No one can explain his last nanosecond escape. Thankfully, he sold the bike and is now piloting a 48-ft cuddy cabin on an inland lake.

Interesting helmet. Bet it’s heavy, though. Personally, if I were going to drop $600 on cooling, I’d probably buy a kewlflow circulating cooling system.

My Arai Vector-2 and my Caberg Levo both weigh around 1600 grams and they don’t feel heavy.

Funny you say that. This morning I stopped in traffic behind a car with two young fellas that were vaping some type of sweet fruity crap out of their electronic thingies. Pretty disgusting cloud to ride through.
