I ran clip-ons way back when. This old body just don't bend that way no more!

Why are the ARGAS separate handlebars on http://japan.webike.net/HONDA/CB1100/311/mtop/ $1000 when I see other sets for ~$200? Is there something special about that set or are the other universal sets cheap/not include all the parts you need?
