I am sure you have owned a shirt which stayed in your jeans all day long while walking, and another shirt which constantly pulled out and came loose. It's all about how the two types of fabric rub against another. So if the fabric of tube and tire match, the tube doesn't move, and it doesn't exercise a pull on the valve. If the two fabrics don't match, the tube wants to pull one way or the other. Makes sense ? Honda really needs to up their game. In your example the spokes are protected from rim impacts.
