Had a spill yesterday, and snapped a few things - simplest2remember_imp - 11-16-2021

The road was the remotest in Vietnam, easy to have to wait an hour for anyone to pass, and it's currently rainy landslide season (I should have known that) - had to wait for 2 of the landslides to be cleared before I could continue. The landslides were orange clay mud, and I don't have knobblies on my CB11... So I hope I can find someone here who knows of a place who can ship these parts to vietnam (I have looked,, promise), since I'm stranded.
Left footpeg
Clutch lever
Set of 4 indicators
I will get a temporary footpeg welded on so I can ride back to Hanoi and wait there
If you don't crash at least every couple of years then you ain't going fast enough

Simplest2remeber, sorry to hear about your off. I hope you’re OK. Failing all else, I’m sure you could Samurider to ship you the parts.

I tried them first, since they are in Japan, but they don't appear to have regular honda footpegs sadly
As part of my research, I discovered that pegs for the following bikes are shared parts, by which I mean, fit each other.

Actually, more specifically:

In the mean time you could use the left foot peg from the passenger.
The width is 19 mm and the front one is 22 mm so it will fit.
The pin is the same diameter and a piece of automotive water coolant hose may make the foot peg more comfortable.

If the clutch lever is broken in the middle ( there is a break point in the center for that reason ) you could use it with a piece of pipe or stiff hose for the time being until the new parts arrive.

Have seen very inventive video's of repairs done in Vietnam, all the best .

Did you email Mr T at Samurider. Even if stock does not show on his website, I believe he is very helpful and will tell you whether he can get it. I don't know, though, whether he deals in OEM parts.

[url=https://japan.webike.net/]Japan Web Bike is another possible source, although, likewise, I have no idea whether they deal in OEM parts.

Otherwise you could maybe try one of the US or Australian Honda dealers, although postage may make purchase prohibitive.

Is there no Honda dealer in Vietnam that could order parts for you?

Finally, following Max's suggestion: a rear foot peg can certainly work on the front I moved one forward for a while after coming off.

Good luck.

As for footpegs, if you can get deliveries from Ebay, these work - https://www.ebay.com/itm/130914292634

Sorry to learn about your riding mishap simplest2remember. Riding the CB1100 on wet grass or mud can be an interesting beastly experience.

Cheers for that, I figured out the lever solution, but that passenger foot peg idea might just be a lifesaver. The mechanic is getting it welded today (I still have the original snapped one, but given it's made from aluminium, I'm not confident they can do a good job.
Thanks to all of my friendly buddies for taking the time to help me out on this. May the the Safety God smile upon you all.

The footpeg is more or less generic, you can get from other bikes. I have levers and indicators (they will need some soldering tho cables are cut) so if you don't find what you need locally let me know we will arrange something
