Okay so online it says this exhaust is for closed courses only.
I'm wondering if anyone has bought it and used it for the street?
I'm wondering why its marketed as only for the track, as the cb1100 isn't really hitting its mark on the track.

Heres the link

Thanks so much in advance for your time guys, again if its saying track only because of how loud it is i've seen videos for it and it does not seem very loud so I'm pretty set on buying it if you guys think I won't have any issues.

Edit: heres a link to a video with exhaust sound https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EDjduXisqo
Won't pass EPA emissions testing in the states.. or noise requirements either. All after market pipes are marked as such as far as I know.

The ones I got for my Bonneville, made by Triumph, and barely louder than the stockers were called "Triumph Off Road" pipes, or TORs.
So I could use it, just when i eventually have to re safety it down the road it might cause me grief ?
I believe several members are running the Yosh 4 into 1s on their bikes.

There are more threads just type Yoshimura into the search engine

Thanks very much! I think I'm going to get it and just play it risky, Canada is definitely less extreme I think, I'll just hang on to the stock exhaust and if I ever have to safety it again I'll throw it back on.
Just ordered one; apparently it will take Yoshimura two months to make it. This is the one without the catalytic converter. Have also contacted Guhl to see if they have a flash available, but have yet to receive a response.
They don't test motorcycle emissions in Illinois (at least as far as I know). As for the noise, it is not extremely loud. Most Harleys are louder than my bike. There is no noise test in Illinois either (again, as far as I know). My only concern would be if I was stopped by the po-po and the officer had a bug up his butt about noise. I'm 53 and ride like a grandma, though, so I'm not TOO worried.

I didn't do the ecu re-flash nor did I add a Power Commander.
