That's the beauty of the standard UJM. You can make it into whatever you want it to be.
I've seen that H&B luggage before, but yours really stand out with the matching paint job. Looks like it was made just for the CB1100. Good job!
I don't see the pic of the brake pedal mod. I can probably use it when my pedals get here.

Here's a couple of pics of the installation work:
One is the brake cylinder actuator shaft shortening, necessary to get the brake pedal into the correct spot with the lowered pegs. Obviously, I took this pic before I cut the shaft all of the way through.
The other is drilling out the frame slider bracket, so it will actually fit this bike.
