I've just contacted Hepco and Becker to see about a refund.
They've sent me two racks, and the brackets are all different the way they sit on the bike. Not sure what to make of it but I'd rather just send it all back and get a Givi topcase/rack.

Now I've got to rethink buying this rack to accompany my HB side case mounts for my Junior Flash 30s.
Hi did this problem ever get sorted as thinking about getting the Hepco rack for my 2015 EX version?
Assuming it is fixed do you reckon you can attach a Givi universal plate direct to the rack without the grab rail that also needs to be attached?
Seems this grab rail will interfere with the Givi box I have in mind.
