Got my Two Brothers exhaust on yesterday. I like the way it looks and sounds. I find the black and titanium plays rather nice with the Brushed aluminum black look the CB has going on. I really have never been a fan of really blingy chrome/ polished stainless or matte black so i am pleased with this. I am still under 600 miles so will wait to open the bike up until i can change the oil so performance improvement realization will have to wait. I can say it sounds very nice and i don't find it too loud. At first how small the can was threw me off but that may be because i went from a stock unit which i find a bit oversized. Interestingly when i took off the stock unit i found the way the stock can was dented in the rear to allow for the shock mount clearance on the rear a bit off puting considering the thought put into the finish of the rest of the bike? The fit and finish of the 2 bros is wonderful and i believe they are discontinued so you can get one for under 400. I know alot of people arent into the looks of this exhaust and i didn't post this to hear about that. I posted so people considering it can get a nice HD image of the bike with it fitted as i didn't have much luck finding a titanium can i could look at before my purchase. I will update on performance when i get to really give it some juice. This unit also has a center stand stop welded on nicely to the connecting pipe which works nicely. Ride on Gents.

Glad you found what you were looking for Brookland. I hope it lives up to your expectations! I'm sure there are others who also like the look of the Two Bros. exhaust on the CB. I don't know how successful you'll be on preventing people from weighing in with their opinions on how it looks though. You're almost asking for it when you describe the stock exhaust as a bazooka and bashed in for clearance, not consistent with the rest of the finish. That's sure sounds like you're taking shots at what many on here consider a fine, well planned and treasured part of the bike's overall design. Don't be surprised if your "I'm going to give my unfavorable opinion of your exhaust but don't want to hear your unfavorable opinion of my exhaust" falls on deaf ears (fingers?).

Beyond all that, I appreciate that you're contributing and attempting to help others with more options for this great motorcycle. Thanks for that!
Looks nice Brookland. Congratulations on the purchase. I look forward to the performance review. I have considered the Two Bros black for my STD, but I really want to even out the bike with dual pipes. Looks like Morowaki is going to win there. I'm anxious to see your experience with this exhaust though. Sound clips would be awesome too.

I honestly don't hate the stock exhaust. It looks rather nice. I just wanted more sound and performance. Didn't set out to offend anyone who likes the stocker. I see what you mean though and have edited my verbage. Thanks
OK, I'll bite.

That can looks very well made and looks good. But it looks too short to me and the pipe to it too long. But on this site it doesn't matter what I or others think, it matters what YOU think.

This from a guy who likes the stock muffler and got a spare from a member "just in case" lol Smile
popgun i agree that the proportions are not ideal. I however find the sound of it to be superb and if the performance gains claimed by 2 bros are real (or even half as real) well 2 out of 3 aint bad espessially not for a very affordable price by aftermarket standards.
Truth be told if i had $900 to spend on it (Plus $$$ for a full retune) i'd of gotten the moriwaki 4 into 1 as that in my opinion is the best looking exhaust for this motorcycle available.
